21 November – 24 November 2008, Shiang Yang 219 Kinta Open Scout Troop have join organize with 249th Bercham Scout troop on the Usaha and Traning Camp 2008. The camp held on Taman Rekreasi Bercham, same place that Shiang Yang organizes the campfire on June.

The objective of this camp is for year 1 scout have they Usaha examination and year 2 scout for extra scout training. All the scout could learn more on team cooperation, discipline, scout knowledge, survivor skill, and a lot more on scouting knowledge.
